At LOREVE, we strive to ensure youโ€™re fully satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Note: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
